We have a regularly occurring issue in the building where the main sewer line backs up due to it being offset, but the landlords are older and not professional building manager and rather spend a couple hundred bucks every now and then to root and clear the problem vs several thousand to replace and fix the line. I can't say I blame them, but the problem is that I live on the first floor and am the first to see the issue with my toilet gurgling and stopping right before the garage and alley drains start backing up with sewage.

Luckily, the operations manager was super helpful and was able to send someone over the same day because they had a cancellation.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I had two sinks to be installed, but only one was right and could be installed. The other would have been tooooo much - and I had the old, perfectly serviceable one put back in. Jorge was wonderful and kind and understood my disappointment - as did the wonderful folks in the 5-Star office. He had put in the time and done the work, so I paid the price - because that's just what was right. They gave me a break on the credit card - no surcharge. The next day Jorge was back to tighten down a toilet. The charge was to have been $325 (if I understand) but he did the job in twenty minutes, and the kind folks at 5 Star comped the job.

I will call on them when the next unexpected plumbing issue raises its wet head in this old home of mine!

I have so many good things to say about this company. First of all, I have to state that I have already hired many people to fix my clogged toilet but so far this is the only one company that successfully did the job. My toilet got clogged on and off very frequently and no one that I contacted was able to fix it....
